The scorching heat, the bold sunlight and the sweat is back again. In short, summers are back. During summers our exposed skin of the face, hands, legs go through a lot of trouble. To solve those troubles, here are some small skincare tips and tricks to be followed –
Drink Lots of Water
The first and foremost important thing of summer is water. Make water your best friend, keep yourself hydrated as much as possible. Drink at least 12 to 15 glasses of water every day as recommended by the doctors as well. Add more fresh fruit juices to your daily diet, the liquid diet shouldn’t be ignored by any chance.
Apply Sunscreen
For delicate skin of the face, must apply a good sunscreen suiting to your skin tone, before stepping out of your house. Do not forget to apply it on the exposed areas of arms and feet too.
Less Use of Makeups
Less makeup should be worn during summers. Be as natural as you could be. During summers natural beauty is the best. A sunscreen with a little lip balm would be enough. Makeup ends in giving a patchy look after some time. Eye makeup must be avoided.
Use of Body Scrubs is a Must
During summers there is a lot of tan and dead skin. The best way to get rid of it is to exfoliate the skin by using a good body scrubber matching your skin tone during the shower, to get rid of the tanning and the dead skin.
Moisture with Lotion
During summers try and use a gel base or less oily base lotions to apply to the body to lock the moisture in the skin, which gets lost very easily.
Use of Pastel Color Clothes
Try and avoid dark color clothing. Instead, choose light colors clothes to wear during summertime to look cool and refreshing.
Summer is back, but do not be worried. Just a little awareness and extra care can make you handle it in the best way. Because every summer has its way of story to be narrated.
