Being highly passionate about art, Smrita is a sketch artist and a painter born and brought up in Kolkata. Despite coming from a commerce background, Smrita has a deep inclination towards art and is now pursuing it as her career.
Starting with drawings and colours, Smrita has worked mostly with graphite, charcoal and acrylic, esspecially spatula abstracts on canvas. Apart from conducting workshops, Smrita has exhibited her art in various Art Galleries. She has catered to various art enthusiasts globally and also undertakes commissioned artworks. She also conducts art classes in her spare time. From being featured in Little India Foundation Annual Art Calender, Smrita is also the Event Partner of IIT Kharagpur.
Apart from her love for Art, Smrita is also a nature admirer, she likes gardening and loves to travel. Smrita has only one goal in her life – To learn and improve her work with the same zeal and make an indelible mark of herself in the field of Art.
