With a limited guest list of not more than 20 to 30 persons, the grand wedding ceremony of the couple took place on 14th April, 2022 at Vastu at Ranbir Kapoorโs house. The whole dรฉcor and theme of the venue was in white and gold – pastel colors. The bride was wearing the gorgeous lehenga from the famous designer Sabyasachi and the groom was in a Manish Malhotra outfit. Popular cuisines from chicken tikka to dal makhani were there, including the vegan part, vegan burger stall was also spotted at the venue. As the bride and the brideโs maid are big-time vegan freaks.ย
The guest spotted at the venue, were Neetu Kapoor, Karishma Kapoor, Kareen Kapoor with Saif Ali Khan, and both the kids Jeh and Taimur. As always Kareen Kapoor Khan was looking stunning in the Manish Malhotra attire. The cutest pic of Kareen Kapoor Khan with Jeh goes viral on social media. Pooja Bhatt, Mahesh Bhatt Aliaโs mother Soni Razdan also spotted at the venue. The couple Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta were also the part of guests. Akash Ambani was wearing a light pink color sherwani while Shloka was wearing a lengha. Shaheen Bhatt Aliaโs sister was wearing a stunning pastel pink color dress for her sisterโs wedding.
The Kapoor family and the Bhatt family commenced the big fat Wedding celebrations with the Mehendhi ceremony. The guests included Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karan Johar, Neetu Kapoor, Mahesh Bhatt, and Pooja Bhatt. The ceremony took place at the coupleโs residential building at Palli Hill at Bandra. The blues of the Mendhi ceremony was a mix of Sufi and folk, old and new songs sung by a folk singer. The songs that were played at the venue were mera laung gavacha, Apna Bana le Meri Jaan, and Raazi song Dilbaro. Karan Johar was spotted at the venue with a proper yellow outfit, which matched the mood of the ceremony.
The bride wore a limited mehendi on her hands with the
initials of โRโ and Ranbirโs lucky number โ8โ. Mahesh Bhatt Aliaโs father also exhibits
his mehendi during the wedding ceremony. He wrote Ranbirโs name on his palm.
Sweets were distributed outside of the Vastu building for the media persons. As a happy and a celebrating gesture. Dhols were only the roll during the pheras, a very intimate wedding concluded today with an intimate guest list of not more than 30 people.ย
