But now there is a comma to all these things for a day. As 11th of May is our National Eat Day. This day is for all of us, those who take the stress of eating habits every time. On this particular occasion, everyone can eat their heart out, by keeping their calorie count in the back seat and enjoying with their tastebuds in the forefront. It can also be called a “cheat day”. Eat whatever you like, whatever you want, and enjoy the day.
History of the Day.
This day was made by Thomas and Ruth Roy for the humans to give them a break from the boring and restricted healthy diet, and give them a little space and enjoy the day without any worries.
With further development in the field of health, many nutritionists agreed with this particular format that yes, a break or a pause is also very important in the health aspect as well. Nutritionists also allow a break to the people may be in a week or every 10 days, as the body needs to be adapted to all types of food for a balanced and a proper healthy lifestyle. Sometimes taking a break is also the need of the hour.
