When we hear the word dieting, the first thing that comes to our mind is starving, eating less, and having too many food restrictions. But that should not be the mantra of losing weight we should choose wisely what to eat and what not to eat, and portion control of every food is very important. Most people make that common mistake and end up losing and gaining back the original weight, very fast.

Below are the top 5 easy ways to lose weight without following a crash diet.

1. Chew each bite at least 32 times – Eat slowly

We all have been gifted with beautiful 32 strong teeth, so the first and foremost thing to follow to lose weight is to chew each bite at least 32 times, it fills our stomach with a proper portion of the meal which is required for the body.

2. Sugar content to its minimum

Avoid sugary foods, cakes, pastries, Indian sweets, these all kinds of foods carry a high amount of calories in them, which is difficult to burn, and ultimately it lands up to add extra fats to our body. So, intake of sugar should be very limited and very wisely.

3. Avoid Junk food

This is the biggest challenge for today’s generation to avoid outside food, junk food processed food because today’s world is so much exposed to this stuff makes oneself challenging for doing so. So, try and avoid processed food and outside food, because it has less nutritious values and more unhealthy values involved in it. Add more of a protein full diet and add more fruits and green vegetables to the diet.

4. Walk Regularly

Walking is considered to be the best and the easiest form of exercise when it comes to losing weight, researchers have stated that walking around 8000 to 12000 steps every day inside the home itself helps in burning unnecessary fats and calories. So walk and work should be the mantra, do not sit for a long time and keep working, try and develop a habit of getting up from the desk at least every 15 mins and walk for around 2 to 3 mins, just to keep the full body nerves active.

5. Portion Control

This is the most vital part when it comes to losing weight and maintaining the average of the same weight for a longer period, is the portion control, eating everything, choosing wisely, portion control and the battle is won.

Last but not the least, choose wisely, avoid junk food, processed food, outside food, avoid sugar, say yes to fresh fruits, green vegetables, more intake of water, high protein food and eat slowly. Some very basics and easiest ways to lose weight properly. “Eat healthy and stay fit”.
