After a long break, the biggest star of the film industry Mr. Amitabh Bachchan is back again to action with the movie named Jhund, which was released on 4th March 2022. Jhund’s movie is about an unconventional but extremely talented football team. Its a Nagraj Popatrao Majule’s directed film. He has also directed films like Chak De India, ABCD, amongst other popular ones. The movie has already reached the box office collection of Rs.1.5 Cr in the opening day itself and has shown the potential of becoming a blockbuster.
Amitabh Bachchan is in the leading role of the movie as Mr. Vijay Borade a football teacher in St John’s College. The college is located near to a vast slum, where people do all types of odd jobs to earn their livelihood. They are also involved in stealing jobs. One odd day while passing by, he spots some children of the slum playing football in a usual manner without even a proper football, but with a plastic box. That time being a football teacher for quite a long he had an intuition that these children have enough potential but just need proper guidance and a proper channel to use their energy in the correction direction. The very next day he went to the slum and offered these kids, to play football for about 30 minutes and in exchange for that he will pay them Rs.500, and the kids agreed to it, after playing and getting the money they had a nice time with that money, this went for many days.
After that one day, Mr. Vijay did not go to them, the kids got anxious to know about him that why he did not turn up, these kids approached to him and he said that he doesn’t have any more money to be offered that is why he did not turn up. These children got so addicted to it, they were ready to play for free of cost. In this full process, Mr. Vijay starts coaching these kids for fine football playing, and after some days he approached the principal of the college to play a friendly match with the college team vs these kids. And finally, that match took place where he pressurizes the college team to score 10 goals, and the slum kids, could not even score a single goal, now what happens next in the film is the second part of it.
