The oldest saying and the most ignored saying is “Health is Wealth”. All of us in this busy world has time for each and everything but ignores the most important part through which every action is successful. Proper health and the fitness of the people determines whether they reaches their goal according to their vision or not. Women are excelling in every field, whether it’s being a mother, a homemaker, a professional or managing everything together, but ignores their health and never consults a doctor. But the outcome of which has always has been serious and distractions have been a life threat as well.
Heart Care
Being women we have to play multiple roles in a day to day life, a mother at home, a wife on the bed, a professional at the office, the list of the task is endless. So taking care of the heart is very important, according to doctors, heart attack deaths rates in women are more than in men. They should avoid unlimited stress, junk food, smoking, drinking, etc, and focus more on regular heart check-ups, taking medicine on time, etc.
Regular Doctor Check-ups
As women they face gynae disorders at an early stage of their lives, so this shouldn’t be ignored at early stages, women after their 40s are recommended for regular gyno checkups.
Bone Density
The bone density of a woman goes weak post-delivery so they are recommended to take calcium regularly, care for bones is very important. Women lose their bone mass at a very early age. So it is recommended by the doctor to take care of bones from the very early school days itself.
Regular Exercise
Regular exercise is always suggested for a fit and healthy lifestyle, work-life and personal life has to be balanced, and not ignoring yourself should be the mantra of life. Maintaining a proper balance and taking out my time for myself are very important. When you will be healthy, you feel good, look good. So stay healthy, feel good and look good, and as always an unconditional contributor to society keep up the work and spirits as high.
