Conservative party member Rishi Sunak, who was accountable between 2019 and 2020 as a chief secretary of the Treasury and replaced Sajid Javid, Chancellor of Exchequer, in 2022, was born on 12 May 1980 in Southampton. His parents resettled in India from East Africa.
Sunak won in the first round of the General Election in 2015 –
Rishi Sunak, unskilled at Winchester College in Hampshire, was appointed MP for York’s (Richmond) in May 2015.
