7th April every year is celebrated as World Health Day. The first health assembly was held on this date on 7th April 1948 and came into the constitution in 1950. WHO was also formed on 7th April 1948. Since then, this mission spreads the awareness and importance of mental and physical health both. Also highlights the contribution of medical faculty and success. This year’s theme of World Health Day is “Our Planet, Our Health”.
“Health is Wealth”, whether it be physical health or mental health. Both are equally very important. Healthy people are livelier, a big contributor, more productive, and bug-free.
To live healthily we need to take care of the environment as well. The environment has to be kept healthy on a first-priority basis. Make small changes to your lifestyle, be an individual contributor and make this planet a neat and clean place to live in.

Add green vegetables and fresh fruits to your daily diet. Manage proper portions of each meal. Think positive, speak out, make friends, and go out. Take a vacation, watch movies, do entertain yourselves, develop a hobby, read books, and listen to music. All these small little changes to your daily lives can make you healthy and fit. The primary objective of this whole mission on World Health Day is to be healthy.
